EMSG is currently manufacturing printed circuit board assemblies to the IPC-A-610 requirement, in both leaded and RoHS specifications.

The Contact C5 and C5d handle a full range of components from a single platform, providing flexibility and high-speed placement. It can place a wide range of components from the 0402 footprint to large leaded integrated circuits, including fine pitch devices and BGA's up to 3 inches square.

With in-house x-ray, EMSG offers an efficient means of inspection of both BGA and Micro-BGA components.
